Comfortable room, refreshing pool, with easy access to tram transport that takes you into the heart of the city in just 15 minutes.

The hotel’s location made it easy to explore the nearby Alsatian Museum—such a lovely way to spend time with our grown children. The spa facilities were a real treat for us, and we loved relaxing together after a day of sightseeing.

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great to have a larger family dining area, especially during busy meal times.

I had a great stay! The pool was fantastic and the gourmet restaurant served the best carrot soup and creme brûlée I’ve ever had. The bathtub was super relaxing too!

The Classic Twin Room was clean and modern with comfy beds and quality linens. It felt spacious enough for a family, and I loved the natural light from the big windows. The air conditioning had a few hiccups, though. sometimes it was a bit confusing and the room got warmer than I wanted at night.

Additionally, the use of only paper cups in a four-star establishment seems underwhelming. The option for snacks in the bar is absent, leaving little for those late-night cravings.

Had a great group trip here! We visited the Alsatian Museum and the Museum of Decorative Arts. Renting bikes with Vélhop made getting around super easy. We enjoyed the terrace meals, perfect for sunny days. The rooms were clean, and the restaurant offered tasty meals at good prices. Just a quick tram ride to the city center.

The only downside was the air conditioning. It was confusing, and the room got warm at night, which made it hard to sleep comfortably.
